Empowering Creativity and Growth

Sieland holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction for Art
Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She earned a Bachelor’s
in Art Education from Central Michigan University. She completed her art
practicum in London, England and traveled throughout the United Kingdom
and Europe.

She relocated from northern lower Michigan to Las Vegas, Nevada to teach
Fine Arts Courses for Clark County School District for 16 years. She had
several portrait commissions, painted a mural and exhibited at First Friday Art Walk. In 2023, she moved to Bisbee, Arizona to live and work as a full-time creative.

She specializes in drawing and illustration techniques. She has shown her
work in local community galleries and festivals in Nevada and Michigan.
Content may be skulls, personal objects, old trucks, or the people and figures
of the places she lives and travels. Currently, she is doing still life studies in oil with a local musician and visual artist, Beca Reyes at Mill Street Atelier in Bisbee, Arizona.

She is continuing a new phase of her art journey in many mediums along with the documents, photos and videos from her early life.
